These bit-mapped fonts are economical, costing less than half of a comparable add-in
hardware module for a single printer. The PCL Barcode Font Kits are available with
licenses for single printers.
Operating System Independent
Font files can be stored on any host system, independent of the OS, and downloaded to the
printer as needed. Depending on the capabilities of the printer, the fonts can be
stored permanently in the printer's flash memory or hard disk. These fonts are ideal
for use with production applications running on Unix, Linux, Unisys, and other enterprise
operating systems.
Easy to Integrate
Adding barcodes to documents simply requires inserting command strings (PCL escape
sequences) and formatted string into the printer data. The User Manual includes detailed
instructions, helpful information, functions, and sample code to assist programmers in
creating the command strings and formatting the data.

Use this utility to view font information, font-specific escape sequences, download fonts
to printers, print test barcodes, and generate Windows/MS-DOS/Unix/Linux scripts to
