Software Operation
Connect the scanner to a computer, and use Mini Data Capture to upload/scan barcode data
and save it in text, MS Excel, or MS Access format. Mini Data Capture can be configured to
validate and sort data based on data properties including string length, composition,
prefix, or combinations thereof.
File Formats
Mini Data Capture saves barcode data in a new or existing comma-delimited text file,
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, or Microsoft Access database.
Barcode Scanners
Mini Data Capture works with any standard keyboard wedge or serial scanner and with the
Symbol CS-1504 and CS-2000 portable scanners.
Barcode Printing
The Mini Data Capture System includes a set of barcode fonts that can be used to create
standard Code 39 barcodes using any Windows word processor, database, or spreadsheet.
