Download the PCL barcode font to a PCL-5 or newer laser printer, include
the correct escape sequences in your print file, and send the file to the printer.
The escape sequences instruct the printer to use the apropriate barcode font, and
precision barcodes appear on your printed output. The barcode font will remain
resident in the printer's memory until removed or power is cycled, or can be
stored in printer flash memory or hard disk. Font size is a few kilobytes, and
reduces network traffic considerably compared with graphical barcode generation.
Each font kit contains a large selection of fonts with varying
bar heights plus a range of narrow bar widths and wide-to-narrow ratios. Symbologies
currently available are Code39, Code128, PostNet, UPC, EAN, and Interleaved 2 of 5.
For symbologies requiring a checksum calculation, sample program code is provided.
Compatible with any operating system.

Early models of Hewlett-Packard laser printers accepted plug-in font cartridges; Bar
Codes & Morefont cartridges included several barcode fonts. The specific
control codes required to print barcodes using this cartridge were embedded in many
enterprise data processing applications. System administrators in need of new
printers must either restrict their choices to printers which can recognize the Bar Codes
& More control codes or change the control codes embedded in their software.
This PCL Barcode Font Kit includes downloadable fonts respond to the same control codes
used by the Bar Codes & More cartridge, so no changes to existing applications are
needed. Learn More...

The Barcode Soft Font Generator is a Windows 32-bit command line program
with interactive Windows Dashboard. This application creates custom PCL-5 barcode
fonts, allowing users to specify font name, file name, barcode symbology, font ID number,
resolution, orientation, bar height, width of narrow bar, and wide-to-narrow ratio.
The font generator is ideal for use with production applications
running on Unix, Linux, Unisys, and other enterprise operating systems in need of site or
corporate licensing for barcode font use. Learn More...

Designed for use with the Symbol CS-1504 keychain scanner, Symbol CS-2000
consumer pocket scanner, keyboard wedge scanners, and serial scanners. To transfer
collected data to a host computer, simply plug the scanner into the USB/serial cable; the
Mini Data Capture software retrieves the data, organizes it, and saves it to a text, MS
Excel, or MS Access file.
The Mini Data Capture System includes a set of Code39 TrueType
barcode fonts that can be used to create barcodes using any Windows word processor,
database, or spreadsheet. For use on Windows. Learn More...

The Work in Progress Data Capture System uses barcodes to collect real-time production
data at multiple workstations. As jobs are received and processed at each station, the
operator uses a barcode scanner to enter information about the job. The date, time, and
workstation identification are captured automatically by the software; other data fields
are defined by the system manager. The data captured at the workstation is
automatically stored on a central network MS Access database. From there, the data can be
integrated into other software packages.
The type of data captured and the appearance of operator screens
are centrally controlled by the system manager. The system supports multiple screen
layouts, which can be tailored to the needs of each department.
The workstation software is designed to work with any scanner
equipped with a serial data interface. The WIP Data Capture software includes a set of
Code 39 TrueType barcode fonts for creating barcoded reports and labels. For use on
Windows OS. Learn More...
